As a Senior Attorney for Global Ethics and Compliance at Cook Group, you will partner with business functions across the globe to strengthen the company's compliance framework and uphold the highest standards of legal and ethical conduct. This Ellettsville-based position places you within a collaborative team of attorneys, each bringing distinct expertise to support an organization that operates in healthcare markets around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise global business units on ethics, compliance, and regulatory matters affecting the medical device industry.
• Develop, review, and refine compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Monitor evolving laws and regulations across international jurisdictions and assess their impact on operations.
• Support investigations, risk assessments, and remediation efforts related to compliance concerns.
• Collaborate with members of the Global Legal team to deliver practical, business-focused legal counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law.
• Substantial experience in ethics, compliance, or regulatory law, ideally within a global or highly regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare or medical devices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting business teams located worldwide.
