About the Role

As a part‑time Sales Associate you will help create a welcoming store environment, support daily operations, and contribute to sales goals by engaging customers and maintaining merchandise presentation.

What You'll Do

• Greet shoppers, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations that reflect Kirkland’s service standards.
• Process transactions accurately at the register, handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
• Restock shelves, fold and display products, and ensure visual merchandising meets brand guidelines.
• Assist with receiving shipments, checking in inventory, and organizing back‑room areas.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to keep the sales floor tidy, safe, and ready for customers.
• Participate in promotional sets, seasonal changes, and floor‑reset activities as directed.
