About the Role

As a Sales Leader at Kirkland's Home in Midlothian, you'll be a hands-on guide on the sales floor, partnering closely with the Store Manager to bring our store business plans to life. You'll set the tone for the team, modeling the kind of attentive, knowledgeable service that turns first-time visitors into loyal customers. This is an on-site position based in Chesterfield County — it is not a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion an exceptional customer experience and lead by example in every guest interaction.
• Apply strong product knowledge and visual presentation skills to keep displays inviting and on-brand.
• Help carry out store business plans and ensure day-to-day operational processes run smoothly.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and team members to drive sales and meet store goals.
• Coach and support teammates, sharing best practices that maximize selling opportunities.
