About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Kirkland's, you'll be the face of our store—engaging customers, driving sales, and maintaining an inviting shopping environment. This is a dynamic part-time position where you'll wear multiple hats, from floor sales to checkout operations to visual merchandising. You'll work alongside a supportive management team committed to creating exceptional experiences for every shopper who walks through our doors.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and questions about our home décor collections
- Process customer transactions at the register with accuracy and friendly service
- Build and maintain product displays, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the management team
- Contribute to store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and overall customer-ready appearance
- Support promotional events, seasonal setup, and special sales activities
- Develop knowledge of Kirkland's product range to answer customer questions confidently
