About the Role

As Sales Leader, you'll play a central role in the store's success by developing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and creating an environment where customers feel welcomed and well-served. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll translate business goals into day-to-day actions that keep operations running smoothly and customers coming back.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example, modeling outstanding customer service practices and professional behavior for the entire team
• Build and maintain deep product knowledge of Kirkland's home furnishings and décor collections
• Coordinate store visual presentations and merchandising displays to attract customers and highlight featured products
• Support the Store Manager in executing business plans and achieving sales targets through effective team collaboration
• Guide team members on customer engagement techniques and help them grow their selling skills
• Monitor daily operations to ensure processes run efficiently and customer needs are met promptly
• Coach and encourage your team to consistently deliver excellent service that drives customer loyalty

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of home goods, furnishings, or retail merchandise categories
