About the Role

As a Sales Leader at Kirkland's Home, you'll be instrumental in executing our store's business strategy while inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll ensure our operational processes run smoothly while maintaining the visual standards and customer-first approach that define our brand. In this role, you'll balance day-to-day operations with opportunities to mentor team members and contribute to sales growth.

What You'll Do

• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and visual presentation capabilities as a source of inspiration for your team
• Partner with the Store Manager to implement store business plans and maintain operational excellence
• Develop your team's customer engagement abilities through coaching and everyday leadership
• Elevate visual displays throughout the store to showcase our home furnishings collection
• Foster a customer-focused culture that maximizes sales performance and builds customer loyalty
• Support inventory management and ensure merchandise is presented effectively
