Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential food production organization seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their operations team in Storkow, Brandenburg. In this role, you will:

• Conduct quality controls throughout the entire production process, from receiving through packaging
• Monitor and document compliance with internal quality guidelines and legal requirements (HACCP, food hygiene regulations, EU standards)
• Perform hygiene inspections and microbiological rapid tests
• Review process parameters and product characteristics including temperature and sensory attributes
• Create and maintain quality-relevant documentation and inspection reports
• Report and track deviations while initiating immediate corrective actions
• Support audits and certification processes (IFS, QS, organic, animal welfare standards)
• Train and educate team members on hygiene and quality standards

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with:

• Completed vocational training in the food sector (food technology specialist, butcher, livestock specialist, food inspector, or comparable qualification)
• Ideally, professional experience in poultry processing or the meat industry
• Knowledge of relevant food safety and hygiene regulations
• Proficiency in documentation and inspection methodologies
• Strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and attention to detail
• Willingness to work early and late shifts
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
• German language proficiency required for this position
