(Senior) PR & Content Manager (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology organization with a strong presence across Europe. Our client is seeking a (Senior) PR & Content Manager to shape how they are perceived in the real estate and hospitality sectors. This role offers significant autonomy and direct access to leadership in a fast-growing environment.

This position is based in München, Bayern, Germany, with a hybrid working model available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the B2B communication strategy independently, ensuring marketing and PR initiatives align consistently with corporate objectives
• Coordinate external PR agencies, oversee communication strategy, create PR content both independently and in collaboration with agencies, and expand journalist network relationships
• Own content creation and distribution for the B2B newsletter
• Prepare and coordinate appearances at industry events and conferences, from planning through on-site execution
• Organize opening events for new locations
• Manage internal sales documentation and ensure the sales team has current materials
• Take ownership of the real estate section of the corporate website

What We're Looking For

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or comparable field
• 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing and/or PR
• Proven experience not just implementing but fundamentally co-developing a communication or marketing strategy
• Experience managing agencies or external service providers with a willingness to take full ownership of communication strategy
• Strong content and storytelling skills—from newsletters to press releases, you convince with clear, engaging language
• Structured, autonomous working style with the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders (Sales, Expansion, Leadership) simultaneously
• Knowledge of the real estate, hospitality, or PropTech sectors is advantageous
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; Italian or Spanish are a plus
