Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization in Stuttgart seeking a Corporate Client Service Specialist (m/f/d). In this role, you will:

• Provide support to corporate clients and their employees regarding employee card usage and services
• Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email, managing requests through the internal ticketing system
• Request, process, and send necessary documentation to clients
• Explain product features and guide clients on proper usage
• Identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues and service disruptions
• Maintain data accuracy, perform quality control checks, and monitor deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Bank Clerk, Office Administrator, or equivalent)
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication abilities and genuine enthusiasm for client interaction
• Structured, self-organized approach to work
• Team player with reliability and initiative

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, 5-day week) based in Stuttgart. Remote work options may be available.
