About the Role
We're seeking a senior MES architect to guide cross-functional teams through complex manufacturing technology transformations. In this full-time position, you'll shape strategic technology directions while hands-on leading solution design and deployment across enterprise manufacturing environments. Your expertise in Siemens Opcenter platforms will be instrumental in helping clients unlock operational excellence and supply chain resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise MES solutions using Siemens Opcenter Foundation and Discrete frameworks to address client manufacturing challenges
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Lead solution development teams through implementation phases, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality standards
- Conduct technology assessments and recommend manufacturing execution strategies aligned with client growth and efficiency goals
- Mentor and develop junior architects and engineers within the practice
- Drive innovation in supply chain optimization and smart manufacturing capabilities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an MES architect or lead technologist with deep knowledge of Siemens Opcenter (Foundation and/or Discrete)
- Demonstrated track record architecting end-to-end manufacturing execution solutions in regulated or complex production environments
- Strong consulting background translating client business objectives into technical roadmaps
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence at executive and technical levels
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities in production scheduling, quality management, and supply chain integration
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, manufacturing management, or equivalent professional experience
