About the Role

As an In Home Caregiver with Cornerstone Caregiving, you will deliver personalized care directly in clients' homes across Fredericksburg, Gillespie County. This is a full-time, on-site position built around flexible scheduling, allowing you to balance meaningful work with your own life while supporting individuals who depend on attentive, reliable assistance every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support that promotes well-being and independence
• Help with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed
• Monitor each client's condition and communicate any changes to the care team
• Foster a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment
