Burn Boot Camp
Burn Boot Camp is hiring a full-time Child Watch employee in Eden Prairie to join our vibrant fitness community. If you're enthusiastic about nurturing children in a safe, engaging setting while supporting the wellness journeys of our members, we'd love to meet you.
About the Role
As our Child Watch employee, you're the trusted caregiver who makes fitness possible for our members. You'll supervise children in our dedicated childcare area while parents focus on their workouts, creating a welcoming environment where kids have fun and feel secure.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and engage children of various ages in age-appropriate activities and play
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe childcare space that meets health and safety standards
- Build positive relationships with children and parents through friendly, responsive interaction
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate parent communication
- Support Burn Boot Camp's community-focused culture by contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for all members
- Monitor children's well-being and respond promptly to any concerns or needs
What We're Looking For
- Genuine passion for working with children and fostering their development
- Dependable, professional attitude with strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and patient in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and fitness staff
- Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
- Experience in childcare, education, or supervised youth programs preferred
