About the Role

As a Medical Technologist, you'll work on a full-time basis with rotating hours to support laboratory operations across multiple shifts. This role is essential to our diagnostic mission—you'll analyze clinical specimens and deliver the test results that physicians rely on to guide treatment decisions. The position covers one or more laboratory sections, requiring flexibility and strong technical expertise.

What You'll Do

• Perform laboratory analyses ranging from routine to highly complex procedures on patient specimens
• Execute testing protocols that meet established quality and accuracy standards
• Prepare, handle, and process clinical materials using proper safety and chain-of-custody procedures
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipment
• Record results accurately and troubleshoot technical issues when they arise
• Collaborate with laboratory supervisors and clinical teams to ensure turnaround time and quality metrics
• Adapt to rotating shift schedules to support continuous laboratory operations

What We're Looking For

• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) from an accredited program
• Current state licensure where required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in specimen analysis
• Ability to work independently while following established protocols
• Reliable attendance and flexibility with rotating hours
• Professional communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
