*SkillBridge Only* Senior Operations Coordinator – Government Asset Management (GAM) – Multiple Locations

KBR is hiring a *SkillBridge Only* Senior Operations Coordinator - Government Asset Management (GAM) to support multiple locations, with this opportunity based out of Guadalupe, Maricopa County. This full-time, on-site role is reserved exclusively for transitioning service members participating in the Department of Defense SkillBridge program.

About the Role

Within KBR's Government Asset Management (GAM) organization, the Senior Operations Coordinator helps protect and account for U.S. Government property across a wide range of mission areas. You will work alongside teams spanning engineering, procurement, production, information technology, and program management to keep government-owned assets tracked, compliant, and ready to support critical work. This position is designed under the KBR philosophy of "Belong, Connect, Grow," giving eligible military members a hands-on path toward a civilian career in asset and operations management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the safeguarding, accountability, and stewardship of U.S. Government property under the GAM program.
• Partner with engineering, procurement, production, IT, and program teams to ensure assets are properly managed throughout their lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance with government property requirements and reporting standards.
• Provide day-to-day operational coordination across multiple locations to keep asset management activities on track.
• Support process consistency, documentation, and continuous improvement within the GAM organization.

Qualifications

• Must be active duty military and eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge internship program — this requirement is mandatory.
• Experience or interest in operations coordination, logistics, or asset and property management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling records and compliance tasks.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, production, IT, and program functions.
• Willingness to work on-site in Guadalupe, Maricopa County (this role is not remote).
