Marketing Coordinator (m/w/d) – Teilzeit ca. 20 Stunden

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential IT security consultancy based in Hamburg, seeking a Marketing Coordinator (m/w/d) for a part-time role of approximately 20 hours per week. You will serve as the central point of contact for marketing activities, coordinating between leadership, sales, and technical consultants while prioritizing and executing initiatives to generate qualified leads.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Managing search advertising campaigns, including AI-supported tools
• Developing content, blog posts, and testimonials in both German and English
• Coordinating advertorials and sponsored content
• Creating and scheduling LinkedIn posts
• Producing newsletters for existing clients
• Supporting event participation and sponsorship activities
• Driving the implementation of these activities by managing timelines, organizing stakeholders, and executing campaigns yourself
• Collaborating closely with the sales team, consultants, and editorial staff
• Analyzing campaign results and deriving concrete improvements

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who loves to organize, coordinate, and get things done—with practical marketing experience and enthusiasm for AI tools. Specifically:

• Marketing education or relevant degree
• Approximately 1–3 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in IT or consulting environments
• Foundational knowledge in common marketing disciplines (content, social media, email marketing)
• Ideally, experience with lead generation (LinkedIn, performance marketing, funnels)
• Knowledge of SEA/Google Ads and motivation to learn AI-supported or automated marketing tools
• Hands-on mentality, organizational talent, and reliability—you implement tasks yourself, not just delegate them
• Understanding of technical topics and B2B audiences to create and communicate relevant content
• Strong communication skills and excellent proficiency in both German and English
