About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential sports technology organization based in Munich that has developed a market-ready product with existing clients and investor backing. They are seeking a Co-Founder & Managing Director for B2B to build and scale their commercial operations from the ground up. This is a founding role with a head start—not a management position.

Our client works at the intersection of performance training and technology, serving professional sports organizations, corporate wellness programs, and related markets. They have secured funding and established partnerships, and now need an entrepreneurial leader to transform their foundation into a scalable B2B business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the B2B market and sales strategy
• Identify, pursue, and close strategic customers and partnerships
• Build a scalable, repeatable sales process capable of supporting growth
• Structure and lead personnel operations, integrating AI-driven tools and agents
• Refine pricing models, business structures, and customer segmentation
• Take full entrepreneurial ownership of the B2B division
• Collaborate with the founding team on company-wide growth strategy
• Support preparation for future funding rounds

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Proven entrepreneurial experience through your own venture, self-employment, or genuine startup responsibility
• Demonstrated B2B sales experience at decision-maker level with five- to six-figure deal sizes
• Strong understanding of business models, pricing strategies, and scaling mechanics
• High technology and AI affinity—working with AI tools is routine for you
• Currently based in Munich or willing to relocate
• Fluency in German required for this market

Preferred:

• Experience in sports, health, corporate wellness, associations, or clubs
• Background in fundraising and investor relations
• Experience building solutions with AI technologies
• Track record with complex, consultative products requiring explanation
