We are representing a confidential professional services organization seeking a Manager with deep Oracle HCM expertise to join their Advisory practice in Philadelphia. Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, upgrades, and optimization engagements for enterprise clients
• Manage project teams, budgets, and client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Design and configure Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and related functionality
• Conduct discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops with stakeholders
• Oversee data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, and change management strategies for HCM transformation initiatives
• Mentor and develop junior consultants on technical and client-facing skills
• Contribute to practice development through proposal development and thought leadership

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and configuration
• Proven track record managing full-lifecycle Oracle HCM projects as a project lead or manager
• Strong expertise across multiple Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Time and Labor, or Payroll)
• Experience with Oracle HCM reporting tools and integrations
• Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing engagements and manage stakeholder relationships
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (typically 50-80%)
• Oracle HCM certifications strongly preferred
