About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology infrastructure client seeking a Data Center Technician I for their Madison facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operations team focused on maintaining critical hardware and network systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resolver for complex hardware infrastructure issues within your support team
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems related to data center equipment
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on supported technologies and systems
• Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to junior technicians
• Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks
• Monitor and maintain uptime for critical infrastructure components

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience troubleshooting complex hardware infrastructure in data center environments
• Strong technical problem-solving skills with ability to resolve issues independently
• Demonstrated ability to create clear technical documentation
• Experience mentoring or training junior technical staff
• Basic to intermediate system administration skills
• Excellent communication skills for knowledge sharing and collaboration
