About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Manager, Global Talent Acquisition to lead their global recruiting function. This is a strategic leadership role that goes far beyond traditional recruiting management—you'll serve as a key partner to executive leadership, shaping workforce planning, talent strategy, and hiring excellence across a fully distributed organization spanning LATAM, Europe, and the USA.

In this role, you'll lead a global Talent Acquisition team while partnering with leaders across Customer Success, GTM, Product, Engineering, Finance, and corporate functions. You'll be responsible for elevating the quality and consistency of hiring, driving recruiting analytics, optimizing hiring processes, and supporting the company's next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities and long-term organizational growth
• Partner with executive leadership to anticipate future hiring needs and translate business objectives into scalable recruiting programs
• Lead executive and senior leadership searches across multiple functions globally, including direct partnership with executive search firms when appropriate
• Design and implement structured interviewing frameworks, assessment methodologies, and hiring governance processes to improve quality of hire
• Collaborate with Finance and business leaders on workforce planning, providing data-driven recommendations on hiring locations, organizational design, and market compensation trends
• Build executive dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into recruiting performance, talent risks, and hiring opportunities
• Continuously improve recruiting operations, workflows, systems, and technology to ensure scalability and operational excellence
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executives, influencing workforce planning and talent strategy through business acumen and data-driven insights
• Establish and monitor quality-of-hire metrics to continuously evaluate and improve recruiting effectiveness
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining rigorous hiring standards across all levels

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
• 5+ years of recruiting leadership experience
• Significant SaaS or high-growth technology recruiting background
• Strong recruiting expertise across GTM, Customer Success, Technology, and Revenue organizations
• Proven executive recruiting experience and ability to lead complex leadership searches
• Experience implementing structured hiring assessments and hiring governance frameworks
• Workforce planning and talent intelligence expertise
• Experience leading globally distributed recruiting teams in remote-first environments
• Strong analytical, operational, and strategic planning capabilities
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive measurable business outcomes
• Experience with ATS platforms, recruiting analytics, and workforce planning tools
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Pay

Pay information will be discussed during the screening process and is dependent on skills, experience, and location. For US-based candidates with relevant experience, the client's compensation range is $180,000 to $195,000 USD annually.
