Customer Experience – Dental Lab Technician – Fixed (UK)

We are representing a confidential digital dental laboratory seeking experienced Customer Experience Dental Lab Technicians specializing in Fixed prosthetics. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with direct clinician support in a fully digital environment. Our client is revolutionizing dental workflows through cutting-edge technology, and you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional outcomes for their partner practices.

This full-time position is based in the UK with shift flexibility between 10am-7pm GMT, 11am-8pm GMT, or 12pm-9pm GMT.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinicians in real-time to review and refine case designs, ensuring optimal aesthetic and functional patient outcomes
• Provide expert guidance on complex cases and build customer confidence in digital dental workflows
• Deliver live clinical support via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows
• Act as a liaison between clinicians and laboratory production teams, translating clinical feedback into actionable production outcomes
• Manage multiple complex conversations simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Meet tight deadlines across every case without compromising quality

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Dental Lab Technician
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with 3Shape CAD/CAM design software, including Implant and Crown & Bridge cases
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, implant systems, scan bodies, and design best practices
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and navigate dental design platforms
• Previous experience in a customer-facing laboratory role (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical feedback into clear, actionable insights
• Confident communicating live with clinicians via chat, phone, and video calls
• Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians and provide empathetic, professional support
• Strong independent problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving digital laboratory environment
• Availability to work one of the following shifts: 10am-7pm GMT, 11am-8pm GMT, or 12pm-9pm GMT
