About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise consulting organization seeking a Manager/Architect for SAP Business Intelligence in Application Management Support. This leadership role combines technical architecture with team management, working with industry-leading clients across manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, pharmaceutical, and chemical sectors.

Our client provides end-to-end SAP lifecycle support, covering both project and operational phases. You'll lead a specialized BI team while maintaining close client relationships and driving reporting solutions forward. This is a hybrid role based in the Raunheim/Frankfurt am Main area with flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership for a team of SAP Business Intelligence experts
• Maintain close coordination with clients, supporting them through long-term partnerships for reporting solutions
• Participate in sales and proposal processes for client acquisition (not presales-focused)
• Analyze detailed technical SAP Business Intelligence problems, identifying error sources and solutions
• Handle 3rd-level support tickets with responsibility for tracking and resolution
• Drive continuous development of BI Application Management Support service offerings and team capabilities
• Manage service delivery for Application Management Support clients
• Balance office presence in the Frankfurt area with home office flexibility

What We're Looking For

• Extensive SAP Business Intelligence knowledge at architect level
• Experience with reporting solutions using SAP SAC or SAP Datasphere
• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in people management and leadership
• Background in operating and developing SAP Business Intelligence solutions
• Knowledge of Service Management, Support, ITIL, and related frameworks
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits, company events, and training
