About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential public-sector organization in Munich seeking a skilled Building Services Technician (m/f/d) for a two-year fixed-term contract. Our client operates in the media regulation sector and is looking for a hands-on professional to ensure their facilities run smoothly and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and reliable operation of all building services systems (HVAC, electrical, sanitary)
• Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair work independently or coordinate with external service providers
• Support digitalization initiatives for building management systems
• Serve as primary contact for external contractors and service providers
• Plan, manage, and oversee external service providers
• Assist the Head of Building Services with daily operations and provide coverage as needed

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training in a technical trade or craft, or comparable qualification
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
• Strong technical understanding, practical skills, and willingness to take initiative
• Independent and reliable work style with good decision-making abilities
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
