Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential public sector organization in Münster seeking a Technical Plant Operator for Building Services. In this role, you will:
- Monitor and maintain technical systems and building services infrastructure to ensure reliable operation
- Coordinate and document scheduled maintenance, inspections, and testing procedures while accompanying external service providers
- Monitor technical operating and safety parameters, analyze malfunctions, and support rapid, sustainable troubleshooting
- Test emergency, monitoring, and supply systems to ensure constant readiness
- Maintain technical documentation and provide support during technical disruptions and urgent call-outs outside regular working hours
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Electrician, Plant Mechanic, or comparable technical qualification
- Several years of experience as an Operations Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Service Technician supporting larger technical systems or building services infrastructure
- Knowledge of plant and building services technology, measurement, control, and regulation technology, or experience with technical gases and cryogenic systems is advantageous
- Valid Class B driving license
- Strong technical understanding, pronounced safety awareness and sense of responsibility, plus a structured, reliable, and independent working style
