Werkstudent Healthcare Logistics (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a working student for their logistics operations in Berlin. In this role, you will:

• Prepare technical components systematically and conduct quality testing
• Process orders in the ERP system and select appropriate products from inventory
• Create shipping documents and prepare shipments for dispatch
• Receive, clean, and store returns, including technical documentation in the ERP system
• Support administrative tasks within warehouse logistics

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled in university studies (ideally)
• Professional goals and interests that align with healthcare logistics
• Interest in a long-term, trust-based collaboration with opportunities for continuous development
• Self-directed work style with strong organizational skills and responsible handling of products and data
• Fluent German written and verbal communication skills, plus good English proficiency
• Previous practical experience in administration, logistics, customer service, or office assistance is advantageous
• Completed commercial training is a plus
• Available to work 3-4 days per week on-site in Berlin
