Join Figure, a pioneering AI robotics company, as a Logistics Runner in San Jose, CA. This full-time position plays a critical role in supporting our humanoid robot development by ensuring data capture operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The Opportunity

Figure is transforming robotics by building autonomous, general-purpose humanoid robots with human-level intelligence. Our Data Operations team captures and curates the training data that powers our AI systems. As a Logistics Runner, you'll be the backbone of this operation—managing the physical coordination that keeps data capture flowing seamlessly across our North San Jose facility. This is a six-month fixed-term engagement with potential to extend to longer-term opportunities based on your contributions and career alignment. You'll work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail directly enable breakthrough AI development.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, move, and prepare equipment and supplies needed for data capture activities across multiple sets and locations.
• Manage setup and breakdown of capture environments to specification.
• Coordinate transportation of gear, tools, and hardware between work areas and external sites.
• Maintain staging and storage zones in a clean, organized, and immediately available state.
• Monitor equipment conditions and immediately report any damage, depletion, or shortage issues.
• Adhere strictly to operational procedures for equipment handling, inventory tracking, and workplace safety.

• Bonus strengths: Background in warehouse, logistics, production, or operations management; current valid driver's license for inter-site equipment transport; or demonstrated enthusiasm for robotics, hardware engineering, or applied AI.
