About the Role
As a Coordinator, Inventory and Logistics, you will be responsible for managing the equipment, gear, and supplies that power our data creation efforts. Your role will involve tracking and maintaining inventory, coordinating the movement of hardware between locations, and ensuring every project has the necessary supplies on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Own inventory and logistics execution for data creation, including equipment, gear, consumables, and supplies across multiple projects and sites.
- Track and maintain the inventory system, keeping capture hardware accounted for and ready to use.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and movement of equipment between sites and sets.
- Manage supply and equipment orders, ensuring stock is replenished ahead of project needs.
- Support the setup and teardown of capture environments.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, supply chain, or operations, with a focus on end-to-end ownership of a workstream.
- Experience with inventory systems and equipment tracking.
- Experience coordinating shipping, receiving, or movement of goods across locations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of handling changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be the primary point of contact for gear and supply readiness.
- Experience directing or coordinating others, or a willingness to take on this role.
