Leadership Program (MBA Graduate)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential events and media organization seeking a Leadership Program participant to drive growth and operational excellence. In this role, you will:

• Recruit, build and develop a high-performing team
• Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing detailed feedback and performance evaluations
• Execute strategy at a rapid pace while maintaining quality standards
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within designated timelines and budget constraints
• Assign tasks to team members across departments, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are achieved
• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate with business development teams for new client acquisition
• Build and strengthen the organization's brand presence in the industry
• Deliver outstanding products and experiences for clients and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates with:

• 4+ years of experience from high-performance environments such as management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate, or start-up settings
• Bachelor's degree with outstanding results; MBA preferred
• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to inspire teams
• Forward-thinking mindset with entrepreneurial drive
• UK, EU, or US work authorization
