Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential home care services organization seeking a Team Leader with nursing or healthcare background. This is a homeoffice-based role where you will serve as the face of our client in your assigned region.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Building and coordinating your own team of household assistants and care providers
• Implementing marketing and outreach initiatives to grow both your team and client base
• Ensuring all clients requiring assistance in your district receive proper care coordination
• Serving as the primary point of contact for your region, representing district needs and decisions to central operations
• Managing schedules and assignments across your team to ensure consistent service delivery
• Building relationships and creating connections between care providers and clients

You will receive support from a central team who handles administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on team development and client relationships.

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with professional qualifications in healthcare or social services, including:

• Registered nurses (Krankenpfleger/in), pediatric nurses, or geriatric nurses (Altenpfleger/in)
• Social workers, psychologists, or educators (Sozialpädagoge, Erzieher/in, Heilpädagoge)
• Household management professionals (Hauswirtschafter/in, Hauswirtschaftliche Betriebsleiter/in)
• Other recognized healthcare qualifications (Pflegefachfrau/mann, Heilerziehungspfleger/in)

Essential skills and attributes:

• Self-directed and independent work style with strong personal accountability
• Excellent communication skills and genuine enjoyment of connecting people
• Thorough, sustainable approach to work with attention to detail
• Comfort with visibility and building your professional presence in the community
• Passion for social interaction or desire for career transition from direct patient care
• Very good German language skills, minimum C1 level in speaking and writing

This role offers an alternative path for healthcare professionals experiencing burnout from shift work, understaffing, or physical demands of traditional nursing roles. Flexible scheduling (Monday-Friday, full-time or minimum 30 hours weekly) replaces the stress of rotating shifts.
