Join Delivery Hero as a Key Account Manager in Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt. In this full-time sales position, you'll build and manage relationships with our most valuable clients, driving revenue growth whilst ensuring exceptional service delivery across our platform.
The Opportunity
This is a strategic role within our sales team where you'll oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts and identify expansion opportunities across the food delivery and logistics market. As the primary point of contact for key partners, you'll be instrumental in shaping long-term partnerships and supporting client success whilst contributing directly to Delivery Hero's growth in the region.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute account strategies to increase client revenue and market presence
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at partner organisations, understanding their business objectives and challenges
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your account portfolio
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and service levels aligned with mutual business goals
- Monitor account performance, analyse trends, and deliver insights through regular reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Represent Delivery Hero at client meetings and industry networking events
What You Bring
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or client-facing sales roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of growing revenue and managing long-term client relationships
- Ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable business plans
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven approach to meeting targets
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
