Evening & Weekends Pediatrician – Part Time – CA License

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth organization specializing in pediatric chronic care. We are seeking a Part-Time Pediatrician to provide evening and weekend services for children and families. This role offers the opportunity to practice patient-centered care in a virtual environment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Location: Remote (United States)
Schedule: Part-time, 16-28 hours per week. Evenings Monday-Friday 2pm-8pm PT and Saturday mornings 8am-2pm PT
License Requirement: Active California medical license required

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical services for pediatric patients with ADHD, including diagnostic evaluation and medication management
• Prescribe and manage treatment plans, including ADHD stimulant medications
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other clinical team members to coordinate integrated care
• Complete clinical documentation and administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in program evaluation and care model development to optimize service delivery
• Contribute clinical insights to support continuous improvement of workflows and patient care protocols

What We're Looking For

• Board certified in Pediatrics
• Active California medical license with DEA privileges
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience
• Experience prescribing and managing ADHD medications in pediatric populations
• Demonstrated ability to work with culturally diverse families and commitment to culturally responsive care
• Comfort with electronic medical records and telemedicine platforms
• Interest in evidence-based lifestyle medicine interventions (sleep, nutrition, physical activity)
• Enthusiasm for working in a startup healthcare environment and adopting new technologies

Preferred qualifications:

• Additional state medical licenses or willingness to obtain them with employer support
• Spanish language fluency

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai is based on the client's compensation structure: clinical time is compensated at $136-$178 per hour, and administrative time at $25 per hour. Final hourly rates depend on experience and qualifications.
