We are representing a confidential energy technology organization seeking a Full Stack AI Developer to join their advanced AI platform team. This is a fully remote position based in Brazil, ideal for experienced developers who want to work at the intersection of GenAI, autonomous systems, and real-time data infrastructure.

Our client is building a cutting-edge platform that combines real-time sensor data processing, structured knowledge systems, and autonomous intelligence. You'll contribute across the full stack—from data pipelines and knowledge graphs through agent orchestration to interactive user interfaces used by engineers and analysts.

Core Responsibilities

• Build Autonomous Agents: Deploy stateful agents using frameworks like LangGraph that plan tasks, query knowledge graphs, and execute tools with accuracy and without hallucination
• Advanced RAG Development: Create Graph-RAG pipelines combining semantic search with structured knowledge traversal for grounded, reliable answers
• Agent Integration: Build agents that integrate with engineering tools, simulators, databases, and knowledge sources while collaborating with domain experts to align behavior with technical constraints
• Implement Safeguards: Ensure accuracy, traceability, and reliability of AI-generated outputs through rigorous testing and validation
• High-Performance APIs: Develop low-latency Python services using FastAPI to serve live data to frontend applications and AI models
• Full-Stack Development: Build interactive React-based AI chat assistants including canvas and dashboard visualization components
• Continuous Optimization: Refine prompting strategies, agent orchestration, and performance under real-world production conditions

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Python backend development experience with modern async patterns and typing
• 2+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks (React and/or Angular) and TypeScript
• Practical experience building applications with LLMs, agentic frameworks (such as LangGraph), and vector databases
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and Big O notation
• Proven experience building and documenting REST APIs, particularly with FastAPI
• Advanced English communication skills
• Full-stack mindset with ability to reason about technical trade-offs across the entire technology stack

Preferred Experience:

• Agent evaluation pipelines for testing task success, groundedness, and hallucination rates using frameworks like LangSmith or Ragas
• Streaming technologies (Kafka, Flink, Spark) and time-series databases (TimescaleDB, InfluxDB)
• Graph databases (Neo4j/Cypher), SQL database design, and hybrid search strategies
• Background in heavy industry, energy sector, or IoT data protocols (MQTT, OPC UA)
• Experience with local LLMs for privacy-focused deployments
• Data lineage or metadata management systems
