We are representing a confidential healthcare services organization in their search for a Complex Peer Liaison. This remote position serves as the critical bridge between client relationships and operational delivery, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service throughout the client journey.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central coordination point between clients, sales teams, and operations, maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout the client lifecycle
• Facilitate information flow between departments to ensure complete alignment on client expectations, timelines, and service handoffs based on organizational best practices
• Act as internal mediator to balance sales commitments with operational capabilities, identifying solutions that maintain both client satisfaction and team efficiency
• Champion the client perspective in internal discussions, ensuring strategies align with actual client needs and goals
• Manage client expectations proactively, providing updates on milestones, timeline adjustments, and project changes
• Gather and synthesize client feedback during key phases, sharing actionable insights for process improvements and relationship development
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client communications, project status, and interactions within CRM systems
• Monitor handoff and delivery workflows to identify communication gaps and propose process enhancements
• Conduct check-ins with new clients to assess experience quality and identify improvement opportunities

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 2–4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales operations, or client-facing project management
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to navigate both relationship-building and operational logistics
• Strong empathy and active listening capabilities with genuine passion for client advocacy
• Proven conflict resolution and de-escalation skills, able to identify root causes and facilitate practical solutions
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience valued), Mac environment, and Google Suite
• Reliable home internet connection to support remote work requirements

Preferred:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Healthcare industry experience

Work Environment:

• Fully remote position within the United States
• Extended periods of computer work in home office setting
