Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential music entertainment organization seeking a junior legal intern to join their Business Affairs, Diversification, and Exploitation team in Paris. Under the supervision of experienced legal professionals, you will work on negotiations, contracts, advisory matters, and specifically:

• Manage legal follow-up for synchronization requests submitted by third parties for film, TV series, advertising, video game, and other media projects
• Review synchronization rights in artist and licensing agreements
• Obtain approvals from lawyers, managers, artists, and producers for synchronization requests
• Draft and negotiate synchronization contracts
• Serve as liaison between various operational teams within the organization
• Maintain administrative follow-up of contractual documents for the Diversification and Exploitation division
• Conduct legal research and monitoring
• Provide general assistance to the legal team

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a third-cycle program specializing in private law, contract law, or intellectual property law
• Dynamic, organized, and autonomous working style
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills
• Comfortable working in English
• Must be eligible for a mandatory internship agreement (convention de stage obligatoire)

Internship Details

This is a 6-month full-time internship (35 hours per week) based in Paris, beginning October 2026. Pay via Get A Job.ai includes the French legal minimum for internships plus partial transportation reimbursement and meal vouchers.
