Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization in Hamburg that is seeking a Junior Business Information Systems Specialist to join their business development team. In this role, you will systematize process workflows, independently manage projects, and implement new processes to support company growth.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Establish business processes: Introduce and implement excellent business processes and workflows to enable organizational scaling
• Process improvement: Analyze and understand all business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and improve internal operations
• Project management: Accompany the introduction of new IT systems and lead internal projects that advance business objectives
• Training and documentation: Create documentation and training materials for internal learning platforms when new processes are established

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Information Systems, Banking, or a comparable field
• Analytical-methodical and structured thinking with initial experience handling organizational workflows
• High willingness to learn in project management and interest in discovering new methods and tools
• Ability to comprehend, understand, and actively participate in improving existing processes
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details
• Quick comprehension, reliability, and a high degree of discipline
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Motivation to develop professionally, even in challenging situations
