Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital agency in Hamburg that is seeking a Junior IT Specialist to join their Business Development team. In this role, you will design and automate business processes using modern tools, ensuring systems integrate seamlessly and data flows function smoothly.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Automating business processes using No-Code/Low-Code tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Make
• Building, maintaining, and managing Airtable databases
• Developing front-ends and interfaces with No-Code/Low-Code solutions
• Managing and advancing the CRM system, particularly HubSpot
• Planning, implementing, and deploying new business processes
• Documenting and designing digital business processes
• Training and supporting end users

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Successfully completed training as an IT Specialist (e.g., Application Development, System Integration, Digital Networking, or Data and Process Analysis) or comparable IT training; alternatively, initial practical experience in IT/automation
• Analytical, methodical, and structured thinking with strong analytical skills and quick comprehension
• Initial experience in project management with high discipline and organizational ability
• Results and solution-oriented work approach, ability to follow, understand, and improve existing processes
• Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication abilities, and confident presence
• Very good written expression in German
• Resilience and ability to handle performance pressure
• Experience with digital topics and familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code solutions and API tools, or the ability to learn quickly and independently
