Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential professional services organization in Berlin seeking a working student to join their innovation management team. In this role, you will support the digital transformation of legal operations through hands-on involvement with legal tech products and AI initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the administration and integration of legal tech products and AI tools into daily workflows
• Documenting ongoing projects and preparing progress reports to support effective project management
• Coordinating internal knowledge-sharing sessions and responding to inquiries about AI applications
• Facilitating communication between colleagues, clients, and external partners during the implementation of digital solutions
• Contributing to AI strategy development and testing new AI-powered tools
• Assisting with innovation projects that advance the firm's digital capabilities

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a student who is passionate about innovation, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have:

• Current enrollment in business administration, business law, project management, or a comparable program with at least four semesters remaining
• Initial experience in project management with a structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Strong curiosity about AI, new technologies, and innovative working methods—deep technical knowledge is not required, but eagerness to learn is essential
• Excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality when working with diverse stakeholders
• Very good German language skills and good English proficiency
• Confident use of Microsoft 365; experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools is a plus
• Previous experience in consulting, professional services, or law firm environments is beneficial but not mandatory
• Availability for 20 hours per week
