About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing technology company in the property sector that is seeking a Junior Web Builder to join their fully remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals based in the Philippines who are passionate about web design and development.

Our client builds sophisticated digital platforms for professionals in their industry, and this role will focus on creating high-quality, responsive websites using their proprietary platform. You'll work within established design frameworks while developing your technical skills in a supportive, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end websites within established design frameworks, ensuring visual appeal and full responsiveness across all devices
• Apply cohesive color palettes and typography within templates to reflect each client's unique brand identity
• Review project briefs and supporting materials thoroughly to understand and execute all client requirements accurately
• Translate client requests from intake notes, discovery materials, and brand guidance into functional website builds
• Design intuitive, engaging user experiences that support lead generation objectives
• Conduct rigorous self-quality assurance using established checklists before handing off work
• Verify compliance with disclosure requirements, branding rules, and display standards
• Apply SEO best practices including meta-data optimization and link mapping
• Meet handling time targets for website drafts and revisions while maintaining accurate task statuses
• Own delivery timelines for assigned builds and resolve quality feedback promptly
• Escalate platform bugs, project blockers, and out-of-scope requests to team leadership in a timely manner
• Maintain same-business-day communication on time-sensitive and high-priority tasks

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• Little to no prior professional website-building experience required
• Prior exposure to block-based builders (such as Squarespace, Webflow, or similar platforms) is a plus
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios and technical aptitude are strongly encouraged to apply—full training will be provided

Technical Skills:

• Foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JSON with willingness to build fluency quickly
• Comfortable with Google Apps
• Knowledge of website UX/UI principles
• Developing sense of layout, balance, and aesthetic consistency
• Comfortable using or eager to learn AI tools to accelerate coding and design tasks

Requirements:

• Must be a current resident of the Philippines
• Willing to work graveyard hours, 5 days a week, 9 hours a day (with a one-hour meal break)
• Own a laptop or desktop computer
• Possess a valid government ID
• Have an existing bank account or be willing to open one if hired
• Have stable internet connection of at least 25 mbps with backup connection available
• Live in an area with stable power supply not interrupted by constant power outages
