(Junior) Product Manager E-Commerce (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in Münster that is building the future of sustainable consumer electronics. Our talent team is seeking a Junior Product Manager to join their growing operation and take ownership of meaningful product initiatives from day one.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with e-commerce experience who wants to develop their product management skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You'll work directly on customer-facing digital products, analyze performance metrics, and drive improvements across the entire online customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Analyze e-commerce products, the online shop, and customer journey using key performance indicators and customer feedback
• Develop concrete improvements and guide their implementation from initial concept through to go-live
• Take ownership of clearly defined projects from the start, coordinate involved teams, and monitor progress and outcomes
• Contribute to day-to-day operations while learning products, processes, and customer needs from the ground up
• Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, and project preparation, and explore new use cases for AI-assisted work

What We're Looking For

• Practical experience in e-commerce, product management, or project management
• Ideally, completion of a commercial apprenticeship or degree with a business or digital focus
• Analytical thinking skills with comfort working with data and drawing logical conclusions from information
• Initiative, structured and reliable work style, and willingness to take ownership of your areas of responsibility
• Clear communication skills, enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration, and ability to bring together different perspectives
• Open and curious approach to AI and other digital tools with desire to integrate them meaningfully into daily work
• German language proficiency required for this role in Münster
