Junior Product Data Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in the medical supplies sector. As Junior Product Data Manager, you will ensure that medical products are structured, understandable, and reliable within the online shop environment. Your work connects analytical data tasks with content creation, developing processes and structures while integrating AI and automation into your daily workflow.

Your responsibilities include:

• Researching product information and creating clear product pages that help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Automating workflows around product descriptions, content, and shop systems using AI-supported approaches
• Coordinating interdisciplinary projects within the content management team and across the broader shop organization
• Preparing, validating, and maintaining product data with accuracy and attention to detail
• Continuously developing underlying structures, standards, and logic for data management

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate with approximately one year of e-commerce experience and either a commercial or technical apprenticeship, or a language-focused degree. You may have background in SEO, content management, PIM systems, or process optimization using AI tools.

Required skills:

• Strong data management capabilities and confident use of various AI clients
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Curiosity and ability to quickly learn new topics and systems
• Analytical mindset combined with content creation skills

Nice to have:

• Additional languages such as Dutch or French
• Experience with PIM systems or content management platforms
• Background in SEO or product data optimization
