(Junior) Country Manager DACH (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in Frankfurt am Main that is seeking a Country Manager DACH to drive growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In this role, you will:

• Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies that support business objectives and drive brand awareness and growth across the DACH region
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and achieve key performance indicators
• Actively participate in profit-and-loss (P&L) management for the DACH region and continuously develop ideas to advance the business
• Conduct market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the DACH market
• Track competitors, their products, and marketing activities closely
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stay informed on all relevant topics
• Work with the sales team to develop compelling marketing plans for retail partners, both offline and online
• Contribute both creatively and analytically to business development

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration with focus on Marketing or comparable qualification
• Initial practical marketing experience gained through relevant internships or one to two years in a first marketing role
• Native or near-native German language skills (C2 level)
• Strong English proficiency (C1 or higher) for daily business operations
• Several years of living experience in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland with strong market knowledge
• Comfort working with numbers and analytical contexts
• Talent for multitasking, creative mindset, and strong communication skills
• Team-oriented with ability to independently manage projects

This is a full-time, fixed-term position through December 31, 2027, with possibility of extension.
