Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting firm in the automotive sector based in Münster, Germany. This Founder's Associate role focuses on operations and AI implementation, working directly with leadership to scale intelligent business processes.

You will own the operational backbone of multi-month coaching programs: onboarding participants, coordinating schedules, managing access to learning platforms and proprietary AI tools, and ensuring clients receive timely information and materials without delays.

Process automation is central to this role. You'll advance existing workflows using Airtable, Make, n8n, Claude, and ChatGPT—for example, transforming manual welcome package assembly into an automated fulfillment process with tracking and quality control.

Working alongside the coaching team, you'll refine AI applications including an AI coach and voicebot simulations for telephone training exercises. You'll systematize customer feedback from management conversations, enabling the team to identify support needs proactively.

During live training events in Münster, you'll coordinate materials, room setup, technology, and signage—balancing hands-on execution (connecting AV equipment in the morning) with strategic discussions (talking digital processes with executives in the afternoon).

You'll collaborate directly with the founder on digitalization initiatives. Over time, your scope may expand to international operations or new AI-driven client offerings. Sales and coaching delivery are not part of this position—your focus remains operational excellence and intelligent automation.

What We're Looking For

You can build a workflow and explain to an executive why it makes economic sense.

• Practical AI experience: You've worked with Claude and ChatGPT, configured a custom GPT or comparable assistant, and built or tested automations with tools like Make or n8n.
• Analytical thinking and execution strength: You understand business fundamentals, handle Excel confidently, and turn concepts into functioning solutions.
• Exceptional organizational discipline: You track parallel programs and commitments, follow through on promises, and test processes before customers encounter them.
• Ownership and communication: You resolve questions professionally, flag issues early, and respond constructively to direct feedback. Operational routine and rolling up your sleeves are part of your approach.

A degree in business administration, business informatics, digital business, or a related field provides useful context but is not required. What matters most is your capability, standards, and ability to deliver results. Industry knowledge of automotive is not necessary at entry.

German language proficiency is required for this Münster-based position. The role includes occasional domestic travel for training events and regular collaboration with German-speaking clients and team members.
