Junior Consultant – Management Consulting Services

What This Role Involves

As a Junior Consultant in Management Consulting Services at PLANET S.A., you'll work alongside experienced consultants to deliver high-impact solutions for our diverse client base. This full-time position offers hands-on experience across the entire consulting lifecycle—from initial client engagement and research through analysis, recommendations, and implementation support. You'll develop practical expertise in problem-solving methodologies, business strategy, and change management whilst contributing meaningfully to client success.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct research, data gathering, and quantitative and qualitative analysis to support consulting projects and client strategy development
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation that communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
• Collaborate with senior consultants to develop business cases, analytical frameworks, and actionable insights
• Support project delivery by managing timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Participate in client meetings and workshops, gathering requirements and understanding complex business challenges
• Contribute to proposals and internal continuous improvement initiatives across the consulting team

Requirements

• University degree in business, economics, engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Greek language proficiency valued
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative teams and adapt to fast-paced, client-facing environments
• Intellectual curiosity, logical thinking, and genuine interest in solving business challenges
