Business Development Manager

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and forge strategic partnerships for Platinumlist in Nicosia, Cyprus. This is a full-time role based on-site, offering the opportunity to shape business expansion in a dynamic, professional environment.

Position Summary

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to our company's sustainable growth. Your strategic initiatives and negotiation skills will be instrumental in opening new revenue streams and strengthening our market position in Cyprus and beyond.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and evaluate prospective clients and partnership opportunities aligned with our business objectives
• Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base
• Conduct initial sales meetings and presentations to showcase our solutions and value propositions
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and service agreements with new and existing partners
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress through all stages of the sales cycle
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery to new clients
• Prepare detailed reports on market trends, competitor activity, and business development metrics
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent Platinumlist and establish professional relationships

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with CRM systems and sales data
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and drive own business pipeline
• Ability to build rapport and develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Knowledge of the Cyprus business market or experience in similar regional environments is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
