Business Development Manager

Platinumlist is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive growth and forge strategic partnerships within a dynamic market.

The Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager at Platinumlist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence across the UAE and the Gulf region. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on relationship management, offering exposure to multiple business verticals and the chance to contribute directly to company expansion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company objectives
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Develop and present tailored proposals and solutions to prospective clients
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform growth strategies
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and delivery teams to ensure client success
• Track and report on pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasts
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to strengthen market positioning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals independently
• Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to exceed targets
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with the UAE/GCC business environment is advantageous
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
