The Opportunity

As the first point of contact for Mindful Support Services in downtown Spokane, you'll be the voice and face of our organization. Core Duties

• Greet and check in clients and visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members or departments
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an accurate calendar across the organization
• Process new client intake paperwork and verify insurance information
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations in all client interactions and recordkeeping
• Handle general administrative tasks including mail, filing, and data entry
• Assist with office supply ordering and inventory management
• Support special events and client programs as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven front desk or customer service experience
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with phone systems and basic computer software
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
• Discretion and commitment to confidentiality
• Reliable transportation to our downtown Spokane location
