About the Role
This Vice President Product Specialist role combines strategic product development with deep real assets expertise. You will shape Blackstone Private Wealth's real assets offerings—spanning real estate, infrastructure, and related alternative investments—while managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Your work will drive both innovation and commercial success across the firm's $1.3 trillion alternative asset platform.
What You'll Do
- Develop, position, and enhance real assets investment products tailored to institutional and individual investor demand
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify product opportunities and refine investment strategies
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with portfolio management, distribution, and operations teams to bring products to market
- Create compelling investment presentations and marketing materials for institutional and wealth management audiences
- Monitor real assets portfolio performance, risk metrics, and regulatory compliance across product lines
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, intermediaries, and strategic partners
- Translate sophisticated alternative investment strategies into clear narratives for diverse investor profiles
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in alternative assets, private wealth management, real estate investing, or similar roles at institutional level
- Deep expertise in real estate, infrastructure, or comparable real assets investment categories
- Demonstrated success leading product development, market expansion, or strategic initiatives as a VP or equivalent
- Strong background in serving institutional and high-net-worth investor markets
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies clearly to institutional clients and internal partners
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or real estate (advanced degree a plus)
- Ability to work effectively across matrix organizations and multiple stakeholder groups
