Blackstone, the world's largest alternative asset manager, is hiring a full-time Strategic Partners – GP Stakes Spend Management eSourcing Associate in Tennessee, Drew County. In this role, you'll identify cost optimization opportunities and strengthen sourcing processes across our investment operations.

About the Role

The Strategic Partners team drives operational efficiency and procurement excellence across Blackstone's portfolio. As an eSourcing Associate, you'll bridge data analytics, sourcing strategy, and vendor collaboration—unlocking value and scaling our procurement capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Analyze spending patterns across business categories to uncover cost reduction and efficiency opportunities
• Support vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance monitoring
• Develop dashboards and reports tracking procurement metrics, savings realized, and strategic sourcing outcomes
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and deliver tailored sourcing solutions
• Assess market conditions, supplier landscapes, and competitive positioning to inform strategy
• Help implement and optimize eSourcing tools and digital procurement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or related discipline
• Background in procurement, vendor management, spend analysis, or business operations
• Strong quantitative skills with advanced Excel capability and data visualization proficiency
• Clear communicator who presents insights and recommendations effectively to cross-functional teams
• Organized, detail-focused, and skilled at prioritizing competing demands in a dynamic environment
• Exposure to eSourcing platforms or procurement software preferred
