About the Role

As our Corporate Trainer, you'll be the architect of how Slim Chickens team members learn, grow, and succeed. This is a full-time position where you'll develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that ensure every location maintains our standards of quality, service, and culture. Your work directly impacts how hundreds of employees understand our mission and execute our values every single day.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver training programs covering company operations, food preparation standards, customer service excellence, and food safety compliance
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new team members at various locations
• Develop training materials, including documentation, videos, and hands-on guides aligned with Slim Chickens' operational standards
• Partner with restaurant managers and corporate leadership to identify training needs and skill gaps
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs to drive continuous improvement
• Travel to locations as needed to conduct in-person training sessions
• Maintain accurate records of training completion and employee progress

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in training, instructional design, or team development
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, food service, or hospitality environments preferred
