About the Role

This part-time receptionist position is central to our operations in Manhattan. You'll work alongside our full-time reception team to ensure every visitor feels welcomed and supported when they arrive at our Chelsea and Clinton location.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival at our Manhattan facility
• Manage client check-in procedures with accuracy and compassion
• Provide front-line customer service support to create a positive first impression
• Assist the full-time Receptionist with daily reception duties and administrative tasks
• Address client concerns and resolve conflicts with a calm, professional approach
• Maintain a welcoming, organized reception area
