About This Position

As our Customer Solution Consultant for SCADA, you'll be the critical link between our clients' operational challenges and our technical solutions. You'll work directly with utility companies, industrial facilities, and infrastructure operators to design, implement, and optimize SCADA systems that keep their operations running smoothly. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing communication, requiring someone who can translate complex system requirements into practical, reliable solutions. Based in Burlington, Vermont, you'll support regional accounts while potentially collaborating with our broader team on specialized projects.

Responsibilities

• Assess client infrastructure and SCADA requirements, providing tailored solution recommendations
• Lead system implementation, configuration, and deployment efforts for SCADA platforms
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing customer support
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure performance meets client specifications
• Document system architecture, procedures, and client-specific configurations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary technical point of contact
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to refine solutions and address emerging needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SCADA systems, industrial controls, or related automation platforms
• Strong understanding of supervisory control systems, data acquisition concepts, and network protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills in complex technical environments
• Clear communication abilities—capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-directed approach to learning new systems and staying current with industry standards
• Willingness to travel locally as needed to support client sites in the Vermont region
